Cruiser Command

Cruiser command is a cooperative map between two teams. Simply put, each team controls one battlecruiser and the goal is to kill the opponent's battlecruiser.

So, I actually forgot to make a thread for 4.2. But yeah, here's the patch notes:

4.2:
- Added cooldown to decoy flare creation
- Reduced cooldown of repair kit creation from 1s to 0.5s
- Decoy flares and repair kits are now created in different locations from the other items.
- Shield boost is now available by default but has been rebalanced to give 30 instead of 40 shield reg per level.
- Fixed a bug where you could still mine enemy ships while moving.
- Fixed all the bugs with the refining AI.
- Increased speed at which mining AI accelerates when returning to the BC.

4.2.1:
- Reduced energy cost of wraith cloak.
- Reduced energy cost of subjugator Force Prism.
- Reduced amount of small ship energy upgrades to 3.
- Removed kermiculite cost of tier 1 upgrades.

Fix "safe" miner AI.

discuss scaling upgrades.
discuss tier specialization.
Fix weapon AI (his aiming is getting worst. don't know if it's a battle.net patch, a CC patch or just players getting better)
Discuss weapon AI priorities.
Something about more tooltips being slightly wrong.
Discuss possibility of slight early corvette balance as right now it is being salvaged 99% of the time for its resources.
Catch a few good pictures of Mew in Pokemon snap
Possibly add more depth (or more options) to infiltration and counter-infiltration
Look at old suggestions
-Kick limbo
-Better Replay
-player balancing options
-etc

add increase lobby delay to the list and reduce map warp disable time
